What?! How did *those* get there? So weird! Well, they must be healthy if they are on the Sunday roasting pan. Better eat up.
On a side note, I hope they never discontinue Coconut M&Ms. I love them ever so much.

Check out the “Ocean-Friendly Recipes” board. But all of the boards are great. Lots of cool animal and conservation stuff too.

Quickly becoming my favorite “dessert”, “snack” or “lunch”. “Vegan cupcakes”. Incredibly delicious local & organic San Diego Fuji apple, almond butter, pecans, raisins. I made it in-Vegan with “Winecountry Wildflower” honey from local Mikolich Family Temecula bees.

Grilled portobello mushrooms, grilled sweet potatoes, grilled eggplant, grilled summer squash, cuban style brown rice and black beans, tomatoes on the vine, greens, chili sauce, pecan pieces, all on a sprouted wheat tortilla. Pink Lady apple and Chili Lime dark chocolate.
Whereas the grilled materials all came from:

Grillin’ Day part II.
Those tortillas cannot hold a piece of food without freaking out and breaking, do they….Jeez…
Had to post this today. It’s back to gloomy San Diego. Booooooo.

Toast with ricotta, local San Diego Fall Harvest Wildflower honey from Mikolich Family Honey, strawberries, pecans, green stuff and tangerine juice.

Fascinating article. For all you ladies out there, whether or not you are into yoga, if you ever felt objectified or empowered by your body, here’s an interesting take on why people cant stop having an opinion on this video and why so much of it is negative. For me, I would love to have something that celebrates my love of yoga in such a beautiful and artful way.

I love it. Don’t care to see the negative comments.

So many things to say about this article. I myself would certainly not be opposed to learning the ‘Hindu way’of yoga. And I don’t agree with the quotes from the yoga magazine editors…hiding the Hindu part of it all just because people don’t understand it is ridiculous. What ever happened to enlightenment and acceptance? But I also think that something as great as yoga should be made your own. It helps so many people; live and let live. Just because it’s not exactly as it originally was doesn’t make it wrong. It evolves. Everything evolves. Though we should always strive to learn and expand our minds. I’d like to find a purist Hindu yoga class in my city this week. I’ll let you know what I find.

I’m a citrus addict. I admit, I have a problem. These are the amazing tangerines I got today at my farmers market in Little Italy, San Diego. They called the varietal “Tom’s Tangerines”, named after the owner’s son. I ask what it was, wondering it was a blend of anything. They had one of the universities develop it, though it seems similar to a gold nugget tangerine, but so, so, so much sweeter. It’s like candy. The bag will be gone by the time the weekend is through.
